I thought I would share this. My friends Matt. & Steph ran around North America for our planet. Amazing…
It has been nearly 2 months since the 11,000 mile Run for One Planet journey came to an end with a triumphant return to Vancouver, BC.
Matt and Steph… along with the Run for One Planet volunteer crew have been hard at work on the next phase of the journey.
The “Legacy of Action” will be fully unveiled in the coming weeks, with new partners and events that Matt and Steph will be involved with.
For now though, I enthusiastically invite you to click on the following link and have an 8 minute glimpse into the journey that took them 11,000 miles around North America in a year. I have personally seen this a dozen times now and being able to see what they accomplished and are still accomplishing is simply stunning.

Hello friends. Thanks for stopping by. Sorry it’s been to long. I’ve been putting most of my attention toward “Twitter”. Don’t be a hater, it is really awesome.
Michael Jackson passed away recently. I’m shocked, I’m hurt, But , i am not totally surprised. That cat had some issues and no one can live with that type of anxiety & stress for to long. It really breaks the body down.
Michael Jackson is the first music that touched my soul. His music took my enegy to a whole new place. His music made me move. One time I nearly got arrested at the Boston airport for grooving to Michael at 5 in the morn.
I am loving So U Think U Can Dance is hot this year.
Tonight was a great night. Aunt Christa (see pic) came up to babysit our Little Emily. This gave us a chance to have a date night. We hit up Earls for some dinner and it was so nice to just chill. We PVR’d ‘dance’ and now we chill with our family.
Watching the NBA finals game 3. I am rooting Lakers. Big Phil Jackson fan but not a big Kobe fan.
It’s been a busy time this past month. I’ve done two yoga trainings and we’ve been working hard at our studio to make it the best in the city. We recently had a fun hip hop yoga class. See pic: that is my little b-girl Emily. This month we’ve raised over $4000 for Cancer Care MB. It has been our best Fundraising month ever.
We are working hard to be the best and Winnipeg agrees. Moksha Winnipeg was just voted the number #1 studio/gym in the city.
Took my dog for a walk today and witnessed another dog get smoked by a car and dragged a good ways. It was the most terrible thing I wittnessed. My dog was crying for the other dog.
My best friend I the entire world since before kindergarten (his name is Kelly) is visiting his new Goddaughter Emily. It’s been so amamzing having him here, he has been a big help.
One thing he really helped with was helping us search for a new car. We want something that works for our growing family and something safer in Winnipeg winters.
It was a tough go, but we found an amazing vehicle, so good in fact, I think Kelly is going to get one too. Thank goodness Ryann trusts me because I went for it and it was the best service I’ve ever ever recieved from a car company. It was an amazing experience.
No picture of the new car, just the beautiful Emily, the reason we got a new car.
Love and respect ya’ll. I love this video. Very creative and well done. When it starts going backwards and the text flows to ‘create change’, I was like, “yes yes ya’ll.
